Exchange

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. However if you like to exchange for style or color, we only take a return for color exchange with original factory condition in 15 days.

Factory condition tells the following description

1. Items remains in brand new condition

2. All original tag attached

3. Items cannot have any fragrances

4. Items cannot have any hair spray, gel or other products applied

5. Items cannot be cut or altered in any way

6. Original packing must be included

Please note if we receive an item that does not meet the above requirements. We reserve the right to send the item back to you and charge you for the return shipping & handling fees ($10) as need.

Refund

All returns except exchange in 15 days are subjected to a restocking fee of  $10.

Refund amount will be refunded back to the credit card used to purchase the item after checking the return condition in two weeks.
